I'd like to connecting with others at the conference who are interested in organizational development--specifically, creating healthy businesses that practice good communication, stay connected to their values, and develop their leaders.
Your comment struck a chord with me. I believe that one's values in life should reflect all aspects from work to home to community. We need to foster benevolence.
