By haughtiness... I'm using more of a pop culture tone to mean style... it's a softer term for "pimp". It's really about doing something right if you are going to do it at all... I hope that makes sense. It's really about having a good aesthetic.
Is your interest in haughtiness related to its hindrance to collaborative learning? I've noted humility as a key character trait of so many successful people.
